ABS, PC, ABS+PC difference

1, ABS: the advantages of good mobility (Yi Chengxing, apparent quality control);

Weakness - strength, low surface gloss, low temperature resistance.

2, PC: has the advantages of high strength, high hardness, good surface gloss, high temperature resistance, good wear resistance, high transparency;

Disadvantages of poor mobility, easy to produce stress cracking.

3, ABS+PC: to overcome the shortcomings of the two raw materials, to carry forward the advantages of each other, can improve the heat resistance, impact and tensile strength of ABS, improve the ABS flame retardant; improve the flow of PC, improve the PC stress cracking.

4, density: ABS - 1.05g/cm - 1.2g/cm PC fand; fand ABS+PC between them.
